Artisan Sukma Sucipta borrows from nature's treasures to craft this attractive photo frame. He molds banana bark and lamtoro fruit skins over card paper - featuring rice straw paper. Sukma works together with his wife and they create new designs using materials easily found in their environment. He hopes his two daughters and two sons will be able to continue the business they have created so to have a better future. NOVICA strives to give artisans around the world a global platform. At the deepest essence of their philosophy, they want to create a bridge between buyer and artist. They believe that the world is your market. This frame measures 14x12 inches with an 8x10 mat holing a 7x5 photo. I have coupled this frame with my photo Watching, taken in Kenya Africa in 1986. If you prefer a different photo, just email me.
